"My son identifies colours blindfolded now — and in daily life, his focus and calm are a different child."

Not a discipline problem. Not a phase. A faculty that used to be there — and isn't showing up the way it used to. Tap the ones you've noticed.
"My daughter walked out of her pre-boards and said, 'Amma, I was actually calm.' That one sentence was worth every rupee."
"He asks me for ten minutes of silence before homework now. I don't recognise this child — and I'll take him."
Every child has two ways of knowing the world. One runs through the five senses — reacting to whatever's loudest in the room. The other is quieter: an inner awareness that lets a person focus, sense, and choose from a steadier place inside. Schools train the first. Almost nobody trains the second anymore.
In the Mahabharata, Sanjaya narrated an entire war to a blind king — in real time, from miles away — through a trained awareness called Gandhari Vidye. Not a myth. A discipline, taught to every child in every Gurukula for five thousand years, then lost. Guruji Manjunath Poojar spent a decade reconstructing it — safe enough for an eight-year-old to learn in three hours.
Not personality traits a child is born with or without — trainable faculties, while the window (ages 6–16) is still open.
Study two to three hours without forcing — the mind stops wandering.
Read once, absorb fully. Retention becomes effortless, not forced.
Walk into an exam room steady instead of panicked.
Sense people, situations and choices with uncanny accuracy.
Choose from inner clarity, not emotion or peer pressure.
The quiet inside, restored — grown from daily practice, not rules.
From Auditor by Profession to Spiritual Coach by Calling
Roopa Alagawadi was born and brought up in a small village in North Karnataka. From a young age, she carried a simple but deeply rooted desire—to teach and nurture young children.
She always dreamed of becoming a primary school teacher.
But life took her in a different direction.
Her journey led her into the corporate world, where she built a successful career as a Commerce graduate, CA Inter professional, and LLB graduate, with over two decades of experience in Finance, Financial Audit, Risk, and Compliance, including 8 years of corporate experience in Risk and Compliance.
The corporate world gave her financial stability, professional recognition, discipline, and a structured way of thinking.
But somewhere along that journey, her childhood calling never truly disappeared.
Roopa has always believed that children are the foundation of our nation. There is a beautiful Kannada saying:
It reminds us that the values and qualities we nurture in a child during their formative years become deeply rooted as they grow.
And that is why Roopa believes the earlier we nurture a child’s values, awareness, discipline, emotional strength, and confidence, the greater the difference we can make in their life.
As children grow into their teenage years, their beliefs, habits, influences, and patterns become increasingly established. The opportunity to shape their foundation becomes more challenging.
This belief kept her connected to her original passion—working with children and contributing to their growth.
Then came 2021.
Roopa discovered the work of Guruji Manjunath Poojar.
What began as a personal journey gradually became a profound transformation.
Under Guruji’s direct guidance, Roopa began exploring a deeper understanding of the mind, awareness, inner potential, focus, and the wisdom of our ancient Indian traditions.
For her, this journey became a beautiful bridge between her two worlds:
the discipline of her professional life and the deeper awareness of her inner journey.
What she had once wished to do as a primary school teacher was now finding a new expression.
Not inside a conventional classroom—but through guiding children and parents to discover their own potential.
Today, Roopa is fulfilling that long-held inner calling by working with children and families, sharing learnings inspired by Sanatana Dharma and the wisdom of our ancient Indian traditions.
Over the years, she has had the privilege of personally guiding 2,000+ children, helping them explore focus, awareness, confidence, emotional balance, and their innate potential.
But beyond numbers and credentials, there is something parents consistently notice about Roopa.
They describe her as patient, kind, calm, and reassuring.
She doesn't rush a child.
She doesn't pressure them.
She creates a space where children feel safe to express themselves, ask questions, explore, and learn at their own pace.
And often, even a shy or nervous child who takes time to open up with others begins to feel comfortable with her within minutes.
For Roopa, this is more than coaching.
It is the fulfillment of a childhood dream—and a calling she believes can help shape the next generation.
The man who brought this discipline back.
In a small village in Shivamoga, Karnataka, a young seeker grew up close to the land and the slow rhythm of a Bharath that existed long before screens and syllabi — and asked a simple question: why are our children, born in the land of the Vedas, so restless?
He was a former corporate leader — a semi-qualified CA & CS who headed a legal team and served as a finance manager at Robert Bosch, and ran his own accounting firm. Then he left it all to return to his village and devote himself to sadhana. Over years of practice grounded in the Patanjali Yoga Sutras, he reconstructed the lost Gurukula discipline of awareness training — and made it safe, sequenced and simple for the modern child.
Coach Roopa trains and teaches under his direct guidance — so a newer coach carries the weight of a real lineage behind her.
One Saturday evening. Three guided hours. A path that begins with understanding, and ends with a discipline your child carries home for life.
A 3-Hour Live Guided Experience, Built on Gandhari Vidye
Hear it from the parents themselves.

No. It's a discipline of awareness — no conversion, no ritual. It sits comfortably alongside any faith.
Yes — a trained awareness, not hypnosis. A guided session done at home with a parent present, and you judge for yourself.
Indirectly and powerfully — marks are lost to distraction and panic, not intelligence. An aware child focuses and the marks follow.
No catch — a symbolic seva price that filters for intention, not wealth. No upsells inside the session.
Restless, distracted children are exactly who this is designed for — that's the starting point, not a disqualification.
A device with Zoom, a quiet room, a soft blindfold and a few coloured balls — full checklist on WhatsApp 48h before.
One evening. One ancient discipline, made safe and modern. Guided by Coach Roopa, in the lineage of Guruji Manjunath Poojar.
